The Lodge

Mazambala has 14 double bungalows and one family bungalow that can sleep 4 people. In addition, several of the double bungalows can accommodate three people. All bungalows have private bathrooms with hot and cold running water. The bungalows are constructed the traditional way with bricks, reeds and thatched roofs. All are equipped with mosquito nets and ceiling fans, and are regularly sprayed with an odourless insecticide against mosquitoes.

The Campsite

Mazambala also has its own attractive camp site on the banks of the Kwando River. There are seven large campsites and two ablution blocks with toilets and hot and cold running water for showers.

Firewood is available for purchase at the campsite.

Campers are welcome to visit the lodge, to enjoy a drink, a meal in the restaurant or to participate in any of the activities offered by the lodge.
